One way to get more exposure for your company is by finding directories to submit your business to. There’s literally tens of thousands of directories online. Years ago, SEOs used these online directories to increase keywords for a website because they use to be good ranking factors for SEO. While some directories are still credible (many in this list) and can have an impact on SEO, many no longer do and most of the directories now have very little value.
But if your main goal is finding relative directories to list your business to gain traffic, leads or subscribers, it could end up being a win-win factor for you. Most of the directories below are free to join (the majority) while a handful have a small fee. While your main target should be relative business directories in your niche, there’s still benefits to joining national directories.
